ABOUT INDONESIA
The 17,000 islands of Indonesia are expansive and glowing with culture, as one who travels throughout it would see bustling villages, light-filled cities, lush greenery, and an ocean that shines a beautiful hue.
With seemingly different worlds throughout the lengths of the islands, Indonesia is home to 500 ethnic groups, each uniquely distinct from the other with an abundance of traditional and contemporary cultural expressions.
Nusantara Budaya's mission is to introduce Indonesia’s rich and diverse cultures to foreign audiences through the many dances and songs from the different provinces.
